Sneak Peak

Studio6

Oh guys, I am so happy. I am waiting for two little curtains to arrive and then I will give you the Grand Tour next week (and I'll try to include as much information as I can about the process and details). For now, I am going to take a few days off and just sit in my room (and the yard, which so nice these days), and maybe I will even (wait for it) go somewhere. I remember that I used to do things like that. But really, why would I want to leave? When I can just sit in my new swivel office chair and do 360s? While saying, "I'm in love, I'm in love, and I don't care who knows it!"

It's beautiful. I would love to hear more about your design process for this room (how you went about assessing your storage needs etc).

Looks fabulous already! Love the new colors (and I'm happy to see that Pink Dress and Flowery Hat are still with you!)

OH MY! It is a grand space.....I love those curtains! Have fun doing 360's in your new studio!

Alicia! un vrai bijou!

"I'm in love, I'm in love, and I don't care who knows it!" LOL!

Can. not. wait. for the details.

Oh I'm obsessed! I'm currently making myself a new sewing nook as my sewing room is becoming a baby room and I'm DYING over how cute your room is! I can't wait to see all the details!!

So jealous. You lucky thing!

It looks gorgeous already! A place for everything and everything in it's place, I live vicariously through you! The room was pretty before; I can't wait to see what's in store. I know it's hard to quantify, but how long did it take you to design your new space?

This looks like such a beautiful space. How fun to get to craft there! I'm excited to see the tour :)

I am green with envy! What a beautiful, inspiring, lovely place to create! I am picturing it in the winter, all warm and cozy; I would curl up with a blanket, a great book, and a cup of cocoa and watch the snow fall.

Congratulations on getting to enjoy the fruits of your labor!

I had been clicking on your bookmarked blog and waiting and waiting for a snippet of your new space. Hurray! Here's the sneak peak and I'm so happy for you.

What a space! Can't wait to see the grand tour and can't wait to see what wonderful wonders you create from there.

(How soon until Where Women Create comes a knockin'?)

Happiness!

Alicia,

It's dreamy. I want to come over and sit there with you. I love rooms that make you happy just to sit in them.

It looks like a grown-up girl's playroom indeed! I just made Swiss Dot curtains in white for my room. I just stare at them blowing in the breeze and chant, "I love you. I love you!."

this is lovely :) so cheery, but still very cozy!

and I love that line from Elf :) so fitting!

Oh my it is so gorgeous!! Love the colors!

It's divine! You did go much to soon to get it together. Enjoy, you blessed gal!

There is nothing wrong with that! Your room is gorgeous...can't wait to see more!

Very pretty Alicia! Can't wait to get the tour. Love the colors you chose. I wouldn't ever want to leave it. :)

Wow!!! From the looks of it, you made all the right decisions along the way--IKEA stress notwithstanding.

The colors are beautiful and the light amazing. Love it.

Sandi

It's so bright and cheery! I don't think I'd leave the house either...

Oh my goodness, I can hardly imagine a room more beautiful, can't wait to see more!

Sharing you giddy love!
