A night, a morning, a day, a night, and a morning at a little cabin in the woods.

Totally and utterly perfect.

No words needed

Wherever you were, I wish I was there with my sewing machine and my ipod.

That's MY house! LOL! I created it in my dreams. *sigh* I wish I may. I wish I might. Have the house I dream of at night.

You are wonderfully blessed.

Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful photos! Looks like it was a dreamy time.

Truly romantic and inspiring! Lucky girl!

omg. i echo every comment here. h.e.a.v.e.n.

and your photos are truly lovely too. thank you for sharing.

Oh come on. COME ON. Are you guys Professional Relaxers or what? I don't mean lazy, I just mean when it's time to relax, you do it like it's your job. Well done.

Yeah, I could live there. Love the beauty, love the peace, love-love-love the cabin! You guys don't waste your time with little trees, do you? I'm feeling the lure of the west today. Debbie in downstate IL.

Oh, heaven! This reminds me of the trip we took out west a year and a half ago. I am still longing to return to the little historic schoolhouse cabin we stayed in. It was in Gardiner, Montana, and it was renovated to become a little place that you could rent. http://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p287191 (My pics are better than theirs.)

i think you should keep your special cabin a secret... or else all of portland will be scrambling to it :)

SWOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I live in the Northwest and would LOVE to know where that is and how to rent it. Would you kindly care to share???? :D

I stumbled on where this actually is! I'll keep it secret if you will! Have to say your photos make it look a bazillion times more cozy. But then you ARE the queen of cozy!

Alicia, Is this cabin for rent to the public? I would LOVE to have a link to it. It is hard to find places like this that allow dogs that are not big houses. Thanks!
Cathy in Portland

Alcia, I would love to know where this is at.Can you please post a link to this cabin if it is a rental? I am looking for a small place like this to rent for a weekend that allows dogs.

My tenth wedding anniversary is coming up and I would love to be able to take my husband and myself away to someplace like this. Care to share?

Heavenly!!!!! :) Beautiful photos of your little get away!

Oh! That's just PERFECT!!

Absolutely stunning. Where is this? In less you don't want to give it away which I would understand.

I have to admit I read your blog everyday, it really gives me a lift. You have a gift. Yours is one of the only blogs I read but I Never post. I've written once before in the years I've been a fan.

Thank you for your beautiful words and pictures everyday. You touch more people than you know.

I WANT YOUR LIFE.

Ohh what a beautiful, peaceful, calm place. I am jealous! totally jealous!!! I hope you had a wonderful break away Alicia x
