I would LOVE to know where this is... my husband and I have been looking for a place to rent for vacation in Oregon just like this!!!! We live in Portland too :)

Oh that looks magical. Beautiful photographs.

As my husband sit around deciding what to do....I showed him this...and said THERE! Just beautiful!

Yes, the last picture looks like a movie...made up, but it's real!! Spectacular!

oh how beautiful! I would love to go there!

Very very beautiful pictures, Alicia.

Its sooooooo wonderful to get away from the city and people and go to the woods to enjoy the silence & nature.

Some of your pictures remind me of Robert Proenneke's cabin at Alaska.

Hi. I love your blog! I live in Portland and am wondering where oh where is this lovely cabin? I recognize the terrain and what a beauty it is. Are you willing to share a link with me on how to rent that dream place? Thank you!!

Magical. Of course, you have a gift for presenting all the ordinary things most of us don't notice. Thanks for sharing this.

truly lovely photos of what looks like a magical place...slightly green with envy here!!!

oh this looks so refreshing and relaxing.
I can just hear the water rushing down stream, crackling branches in the woods and I can smell that roast from here.
LOL
But I have to say, unfortunately I don't know how to relax like this and I would be a fidgeting mess.

This looks like the perfect weekend getaway. I might have to consider renting a cabin for the weekend, especially if I can find one that is pet friendly.

Wow wow wow! Beautiful!

I want to go to there.
