A walk in the woods. Just a little one, just off the beaten trail. She's an adventurer. A most gorgeous afternoon: cool, crisp, crunchy — the way it almost never, ever is. October, living up to my wildest expectations. This is my new favorite month. Very good.
***Thank you ever so much for all of the sweet wishes for Mimi's birthday. You are all just so incredibly kind. Thank you. Xo
What a beautiful walk in the woods with your darling daughter! My little one is an October baby, too (just turned one!), and it's my favorite month now. So many firsts, so much excitement, so much to do on these crisp, cool fall days.
Yes October! It's my favorite month - secretly I wished one of my childrens birthday would fall in this month, even though it never worked out that way.
Enjoy every minute of it. Can't wait to see what Amelia wears for Halloween.
oh you lovely lady....what glorious prose...I could get right in!!!
Your beautiful daughter is even more beautiful.....growing so so fast....It's been quite a journey ..and look where you are now !!!!!!.
..I've been following you for so long now and always look forward to reading what you write and to see what wonderful things you are doing...
Thanks for the lovely bits!
Oh my! 2 already?! Time flies when you're having the most fun ever! Keep it up, I say!! XO
You are so blessed to live in such an amazing part of the Country. Gorgeous images of your family, as always! :)
The light in these photos is just gorgeous. And your sweet girl-could she be any lovelier?! Honestly, she's like a doll. Thank you for sharing! xo
I am looking for a picture for a doll I once saw on your blog. It is, to the best of my memory, a doll with thin wee legs and arms and a head with painted hair on which is a triangle shape on the sides of her head. Sounds odd but she was very quirky. She may of had striped legs. Hope you can help.
What beautiful photos! My family and I visited Oregon this summer and went on a similar walk in Eugene. For a moment I thought it was the exact same trail, then remembered you are in Portland :o) Those gorgeous green forests are so amazingly beautiful.
